Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery Times

• Contiguous United States: estimated 3–7 business days from the date of your order.
• Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: delivery may take longer.
• Outside the United States: delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Packaging

Your order ships directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, so the box may not carry our branding.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at terronmarchal@gmail.com — we can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.
