14-Day Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories (batteries, charger, nozzles and shoulder strap).

How to Start a Return

Email us at terronmarchal@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions can't be processed.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. In these cases return shipping is free, and we'll offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns that aren't caused by our error (for example, a change of mind), we'll tell you any return shipping cost before you send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is approved.
